Jon Deluce, CPA, CA

CEO & President, Director

Mr. Deluce is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant. Mr. Deluce is a former Manager at Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young (“EY”) he worked in the Assurance and Advisory practices. During his time in assurance, he led quarterly and year-end audit engagements on NYSE and Toronto Stock Exchange clients in the construction, mining and power / utilities industries. Mr. Deluce founded Silverwater Capital which specializes in exploration property acquisitions in Ontario and Québec. Mr. Deluce graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Specialization) degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Eric Myung, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Myung is a Senior Financial Analyst of Marrelli Support Services Inc. and has previously worked in a public accounting firm focused on small and medium business for seven years. Mr. Myung is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Master of Accounting degree from University of Waterloo.

Quinn Field-Dyte

Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Field-Dyte has over eight years of experience in the financial services industry having served from 1996 to 2004 as an investment adviser and later as a consultant to Raytec Development Corp. From 2004 to 2010, he was involved in the interactive entertainment industry, working at Electronic Arts Inc. (EA Games) and cofounding Embassy Interactive Games before returning to the financial industry in 2010. Mr. Field-Dyte currently sits on the board of multiple publicly traded companies. Mr. Field-Dyte was appointed as President and CEO of Winston Resources Inc on March 29, 2017.

Steven Lauzier, P.Geo

Vice-President, Exploration for Quebec

Steven Lauzier operates a consulting company named SL Exploration Inc since 2010, which provides services to the exploration companies of Quebec. Over the years, the Company developed a specialization in soil sampling and is associated with multiple recent soil discoveries in James Bay and the Abitibi area. Steven is also well versed in claim management, stakeholder relations (citizens, municipalities, MRC, first nations, CPTAQ, and land owners), and the permitting process of the different Quebec ministries related to mineral exploration and project development. Multiple years ago, using his financing and geological knowledge, he was generating properties and exploration targets that were sold to other parties.

Joe Deluce

Mr. Deluce obtained his Commerce Degree with Honors from Lakehead University. He has 40 years of extensive experience in leadership roles, including both business ownership and business management.

Wesley Hanson, P.GEO

Director

Mr. Hanson, a professional geologist, brings over 35 years of mining and geological experience to the Company. Mr. Hanson’s early career focused on exploration for Archean lode gold deposits, where he was a member of the exploration teams that discovered and advanced the Shear Lake (NWT), Tartan Lake (MB), Tangiers (NS), Rosebud (US) and Brewery Creek (YT) discoveries to commercial production. With SNC-Lavalin, Mr. Hanson provided technical input on numerous global mining projects including the Dukat Silver (Russia) and Diavik Diamond (NWT) projects. As VP Technical Services for Kinross Gold and VP Mine Development for Western Goldfields, Mr. Hanson supervised technical teams rehabilitating the Refugio Mine (Chile) and the Mesquite Mine (US), as well as the expansion of gold production at the Round Mountain and Fort Knox mines (US), and the Paracatu mine (Brazil). Mr. Hanson was the President and CEO of Noront Resources Ltd. from 2009 through 2013, tripling the mineral resource for that company and completing the pre-feasibility study for the Eagles Nest nickel/ PGM deposit. He also established multiple initiatives to engage and educate local First Nations affected by mineral exploration and development. Mr. Hanson has served as a director of Cobriza Metals and St. Eugene Mining and is currently the Chief Operating Officer with Unigold Inc. Mr. Hanson is a graduate of Mount Allison University (B.Sc. Geology – 1982).

Mr. Deluce obtained his Industrial Engineer from the University of Toronto. He has 40 years extensive experience in leadership roles, including both business ownership and business management.

Joseph Luongo

Director

Mr.Luongo graduated from Queen’s University in 2016 with a BAH in Geography and Urban Planning. He recently just completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Seneca College. Mr.Luongo has 2 years of account management experience as he worked as a National Account Manager and Estimator. Now Mr.Luongo is running his own freelance brand and marketing consulting company, Competitive Edge Brand Consulting, helping businesses advance their digital marketing initiatives and strategies.
